Ultra high end top floor penthouse in the Lionsquare North Tower,
located at the base of the Lionshead Gondola and Born Free Express
chairlift. It is adjacent to the Arrabelle, near all the shops and
restaurants in the Lionshead Village. There is a private elevator that
takes you from the heated garage directly into your unit. It is one of
the premier rental residences in all of Vail!! This vast residence
boasts over 3,200 square feet of living space, including 2 master
bedrooms. Each bathroom is beautifully appointed and offers granite
countertops, luxury finishes, and artisan showers. The 2nd master bath
also has a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom is set up with
luxury bedding & mattresses and there are two moss rock fireplaces
(one in the living room and one in the 2nd master bedroom).
Lionsquare North #402 is great for entertaining! It has 5 flat screen
TVs, a number of DVD players, stereo, docking stations, and high-speed
wireless internet. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with enough
appliances, like Subzero and Wolf, and utensils to satisfy even the
most discriminating chef.
Lionsquare Lodge North has a private garage for the Tower Residences,
with 3 assigned parking spaces. There is a fabulous workout room just
below the unit and a secluded hot tub and steam room that are limited
to Tower Residence occupants. A full-size swimming pool and hot tubs
are accessible at the adjacent Lionsquare Lodge, as is the El Sabor

brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable

including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet
knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

From Denver: Take I-70 West from Denver to Exit 176 Vail. At the
bottom of the exit ramp, enter the roundabout and go ¾ around to pass
At the next roundabout, bear right onto the South Frontage Road,
heading West towards Lionshead.
From Eagle: Take I-70 East from Eagle to Exit 176 (Vail). Bear right
at the bottom of the exit ramp (do not go into the roundabout) and
drive west on the South Frontage Road towards Lionshead.
Continued: Head past the Lionshead Parking Structure and the
Information Center. Take the 2nd left onto West Lionshead Circle (just
past the pedestrian overpass).
Proceed down road until you come to the next road - take left (Loading
Dock and No Outlet signs on your left).
The Marriott sign will be on your right as you take left.
Proceed downhill and veer right where the road starts to climb.
You will see a sign with Lion Square Lodge/El Sabor on your right.
Just past this is the entrance gate for the Lions Square Lodge on you

access into parking lot.
As you enter, turn right and then left to the front desk lobby. At the
front desk you will gather your key cards and WiFi info.
Notify the front desk agent that you are staying in residence 402 of
the Lion Square North Tower Residences.
Once you have your key cards, take your car back out of the lot, and
take a left and proceed back down the hill.
At the stop sign, you will proceed up the hill approx. 40 feet and
take a right into the driveway for the garage.
Proceed to the keypad and insert your key card.
Proceed into the garage (be sure you have proper clearance), and turn
