Response to questions was very very poor
Questions and clarification asked about automatic checkin process were not answered. When and if they responded, it was 2-3 days later after repeated chase. Links in emails about check in and rules do not work. Wrote in to tell them about the problem and request for the information to be sent directly in email and they didnt even response.
Requested for a faster way of communication in whatever messaging app, and they rejected and said just use email. BUT THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAIL.
So, of course i arrived on the checkin day with trepidation. If i cannot get through the automatic checkin process and the only way to reach them is by email, i have to wait 2-3 days for them to response, even if they do respond at all? Note that there is no staff, no instruction file, or number to call at the check in.
Fortunately, it took me some time to figure out and manage to get through the check in
The email shows that i booked through Temanairazu (either a person in charge or a company)
Best not to book this unit. Helps and response to any query is almost non-existence. Good luck to you if you book and runs into problem or need fast response for help.
