Terrible experience with one of the hotel staff. I had left my luggage with the hotel after checking out, and when I returned for my luggage there were 20+ people waiting in line to check in. I went to ask one of the staff at the luggage storage and he told me to get in line without any explanation. I explained that I had already checked out and pointed out my luggage, which were unsecured and placed just to the side of the lineup. The staff got frustrated when I didn’t immediately get in line and started yelling ‘no’ at me in a loud voice and waving his arms at me. I then asked if there was any parking nearby as my husband was waiting in the car and needed to park our car while I waited in line. The staff clearly became more agitated that I hadn’t gotten in line yet and repeatedly yelled ‘no’ at me in an even louder voice than before. I felt extremely uncomfortable and took a few steps backwards and he kept advancing on me while yelling. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

The rooms are really small. Opening the luggage bag and walking about in the room was a challenge. If space is what you need. Please be cautious, I booked 2 rooms and one room was only slightly bigger then the other.
