This is located in a central place close to some of the Sapporo sightseeing places and close to the train station. Property is well kept. They have a superb Saloon bar that has excellent live music especially on saturdays. Some of the staff they have are excellent! Even if they may not be fluent in English the bell desk staff was fantastic and really tried to help us the best way they can. Things for improvement - they need to figure out why we smelt cigarette smoke in our non smoking floor room for the last three days when we returned. For breakfast there are very few vegetarian options and not even a good variety of fresh fruits and the juices are all canned. That was disappointing.

Rioms were great for the value. Fantastic locations to eatery and shooping streets! Hotel parking charges is ¥1600 per night which is vwry reasonable for city area! Staffs are all very helpful and friendly! Great stay and recommended!

Good location and the restaurant had a great breakfast. Do not go for the japanese set meal. The western buffet spread was good, and included a Japanese breakfast station anyway.
