Everything was good here, except for parking, which is awful. Cars are stored underground via a slow, one-car-at-a-time elevator. We waited 15 minutes to park one day because 2 cars were ahead of us.

Wonderful experience

Newly refurbished with lounge access
The hotel was newly refurbished. Very comfortable beds, and my room was big enough for 3 twin beds. Even for a normal room, we had access to the dining room for free drinks (non-alcoholic) from 3 to 11 pm. There was also an onsen on the second floor to which we had free access. Overall, i would return to this hotel…..if not for anything else, for the comfortable room size.

GREAT HOTEL TO STAY IN SAPPORO
Glad that we chose this Keio Prelia. It seemed like a relatively new property, in a good central location which was short walking distance (5min) to JR station and the many surrounding shopping malls, all linked by underground. The staff were extremely helpful with our requests, making reservations and also giving directions to various locations. The breakfast venue(restaurant) becomes a guest lounge for free use with hot drinks, which is a great place for family, groups to gather relax and even have your own food. Breakfast was not extensive but had good variety and tasted great. We stayed for 5 nights, will certainly consider the same property on our next visit to the beautiful city.
