Very good apartment, good location!
The apartment was very nice and in a good location, but it doesn’t has oil, salt, pepper neither napkins.It says it has a nespresso but you have to buy your own cups. Excluding all these things, Vedrana was very nice with us and made an effort for check us in earlier than what was expected, we really appreciate that!

Great apartment and good location!
We had a great stay! They even recommended a parking garage nearby that is not so expensive. The apartment was really nice and in great location. Only 5min walk (less than even) from city center.

Booked a room with a queen bed, single bed and bed sofa for 3 people but only got bed linen for two. Upon contacting LOOX we got the answer that we should have asked in advance for more, even if the booking clearly stated there were three beds and that we couldn't get new ones until next day. One of the sheets didn't fit the bed. The air condition took over 24 hours to get the room from 28 to 25 degrees so the first night was very hot. It couldn't get cooler than 25. For one whole day there was no hot water. Only one key for three people. Apartment was small but well planned and very clean. There was a lot of storage space! The loft had a ladder that was a bit dangerous to climb but it works. The area is great and close to city centre, even if the house looks rough from the outside. Esay to contact LOOX trough WhatsApp

Communication was great! Easy to find with directions, parking was close and cheap for the day, location was perfect to visit the Christmas market. Was very pleased with our visit. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Nice two bed apartment in the city.
There was some slight confusion on where the apartment was. I had input the address from hotels.com into my GPS and when I contacted the host, she was very close by, but not at the address I had. It was fairly minor, but contact the host to see exactly where they will be, and/or where the apartment is. The apartment was very nice though. I was only there for one night, but it seemed like it had everything you would need. It was a short walk to the center, so the location was pretty good! The host was very nice and friendly as well. This would be a great apartment for a longer stay as well and would recommend it.
