チェックインして部屋のカギをもらって部屋の場所を聞いたけど… 隣の建物に行ってエレベーターで6階だと言われたけど、部屋はフロントのある建物で…荷物を持ったまま、あちこちしました！部屋も普通、化粧水や洗顔など置いてあるのに無く不便でした コーヒーメーカーがあるのは良かったです

ロビーなどは豪華な雰囲気でした。部屋は窓側を予約したので川が見えて景色はとても良かったです。ただやはり古いので老朽化は感じられます。特に洗面台の辺りが古く一昔前の感じで、掃除はされているものの、取りきれない汚れが目立ちます。エレベーターのボタンなども汚れていました。露天風呂の温泉がぬるくて、肌触りも今ひとつで、前日に泊まった別ホテルの湯質と比べると、これは好みの問題だと思いますが、私的には物足りなく今ひとつでした。 フロントの対応はとても穏やかで親切な雰囲気で良かったです。

西館1階に天然温泉あります。シャトーのお兄さん二人 入浴してました。この温泉です。外から（一般の方）も 入れるのです。入れ墨、シャトーの方は入浴禁止と ありましたが、びっくしました。
