The hotel has a massive mosquito problem. On the first night I killed seven in my room. I did not have any windows open or my door open. The next day I killed several more. The hotel rooms have a very poor internet quality. For example, the internet strength was only 1-2 bars at any given time. This is even after I called the hotel staff to see if they could fix the problem. If I wanted to check emails or anything I had to go down stairs to the lobby and use their computers. There is no pool or gym. There is also a weird smell every time I walk in the room and even in the hallways. The breakfast is not very good. It lacks a Western cuisine options just offering eggs, toast, and some fruit. The rest of the food is used over food from the previous day and Asian dinner food. Hence, no breakfast options. Also, if you work with the hotel on setting up a tour please make sure that they are very clear with the price of the ENTIRE bill and not just portions of it. Overall the hotel is modern and the staff for the most part are courteous and polite. That is the hotel's only saving grace. If you can find another hotel for a few days in the city I highly encourage you to find somewhere else. I have traveled throughout the Southeast Asia region and this hotel is at the bottom of my list
