I arrived late to a property that hardly resembled the pictures on the booking site. The office is only a spartan area and somewhat hard to find in the very poorly lit walkway up stairs from the underground parking garage. The clerk was friendly and helpful. Walking from the elevator to my room was difficult due to lack of good lighting. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but bore no resemblance to the advertisement. If spartan accommodations are what you’re looking for this is your place. The price I paid was outrageous for the room I got. I definitely would not stay here again based on the price alone.

Worst ever experience.
The property was clearly meant for beach goers and those not intending to stay in the room very much. The room was the smallest I have ever experienced in any property. That was okay. What bothered me was that the bathroom was not clean and there was mold in the air conditioning vent. Even though I stayed only one night, I was charged for two nights parking. The staff came across as unscrupulous salespeople trained to squeeze the maximum from their clients. In my long life and many stays at hotels at all levels of comfort and cost, I have never had a worse experience.

Cozy Stay at The Beach Front Inn & Suites!
Our stay was pleasant and calming with a great view of the ocean from the jacuzzi. The room was very spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. We did lose cell coverage in a few spots in the room we stayed in on the first floor. The breakfast was a continental type breakfast with waffles and yogurt and hard boiled eggs. I preferred sitting out on the balcony instead of the breakfast lounge area. You do hear some sound from the street, but it sounds like that of the ocean waves crashing along the shore across the street. Parking was easily accessible and check-in was simple. We will stay here again in the near future! Walk to the beach and a short distance to Dana Point Harbir.

Would've like more options for breakfast. Bathroom was extrele small and rhe sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable. Also had many issues with the tv's (in the LR and BR). The view of the sunset from our room was awesome!!
