Few timws my toilet shower sounds like someone taking shower V clean n very friendly staff. Bistro in hotel super expensive Car park expensive Pool is gud Over all nice hotel but only noise part was unbearable. 3.5 rating.
Covid has really put a damper on amenities. I was looking forward to the pool and spa. Other than that things were great. View was great
There was a leak in my bathroom
I need a place for a one night layover and thought that the Hilton brand would mean excellence. Boy was I wrong. This place not only needs to be updated but it also needs a good cleaning. I noticed a foul odor once I exited the elevator. The carpet in my room was filthy as was the bathroom floor. Even though the remote was encased in a small plastic bag for “sanitation” purposes, the bag was sticky. The final blow was the fact that there was no hot water. Although I washed my hands immediately when I entered the room, I didn’t let the water run long so I expected it to be cold. It wasn’t until the next morning when I wanted to shower that I noticed that it was cold. I let it run for a timed 10 mins and still it was cold. If I hadn’t flown 6.5 hrs across country and needed to fly another 6 hrs the next morning, I would have changed hotels.
Have to say the place was clean and smelled good. The desk and bar workers were very courteous and fast. Two things that I did not like. My room cards didn’t work all the time, which was annoying cause I had to get another one at the front desk. The crazy parking price is OUTRAGEOUS. Anyone staying at the hotel should park for free or at least free parking if you book 3 days or more. Yeah everyone charges for parking in the area, but you would get more nights booked cause they would save on the parking. Over all, I was happy with the stay, great alcohol/beer options and friendly/attentive staff.
Reallygood price good food very friendly staff. Definitely will be staying here or other hilton locations.
Took them three rooms to get one that was clean. 1st one looked like a bomb went off. Second one someone smoked pot in. Third one looked clean but in the morning found a doo rag under the pillow and a false nail on the floor. Gross gross gross.
Took almost an hour to check in... key was shoddy had to get a replacement after carrying my baby in the lobby for an hour waiting to check in. Parking is 30 dollars as guest in their hotel you would think it would be included. Never again.
The hotel was nice and clean. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. There was so refrigerator in our room. The faucet was leaking in the tub and parking was a little bit full at times but besides that we enjoyed our stay.
Very poor service and experience. There was 1 person working the front desk and 8-10 people waiting in lime to check In. The room was freezing cold and the thermostat was literally hanging from the wall by wires, broken. So I ended up sleeping with towels over me to try to stay warm.
