I was put on hold and merry go round to search for my left behind charger in room n 4154336600 claim couldn’t find my reservation and call back giving me a wrong room number n not call back n put me on Long hold for at least 10mins
The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Transportation and easy access to tourist attractions like Fishermen Wharfs,Lambard Street, etc. Wifi facilities very good. Good choice.
Aside from the hotel staff who are in general rather unfriendly, it was a pleasant stay - comfortable, clean, great location and value for money.
Everything was great. Super clean and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking when we stayed was actually cheaper than what was said on Hotels.com. It was only $30 instead of $68.
Had a wonderful time we were on the 19th floor the view was amazing I will be back
Room has no microwave and fridge. I didn’t get room service or anything besides free WiFi. Never got my room cleaned or sheets swapped out. Hotel meeting spots are full/closed/overbooked
The stay was wonderful, overall there were very little services due to Covid. Otherwise I would have rated it higher. There was no note of the cost of parking or I missed it.
We had a great stay. There were a couple of issues which were taken care of promptly by attentive staff. The view from the 25th floor was stunning!
Due to covid, all onsite food and beverage outlets are closed. Room attendant service by request only. Lots of hand sanitizer stations. Social distancing marked. Staff very friendly accommodating, offered upgrade and late checkout. Room was spacious with gorgeous bay view. Location perfect walking distance to Chinatown and North Beach. Lots of restaurants offer outdoor seating dining.
This is a pretty good hotel. It is advertised as Financial District but it feels much more like Chinatown as it across the street from the main Chinatown square. Parking was fine except the signs are not so good. There are no signs saying hotel guests can’t park on level A and B. However, when you check in they will tell you where you should park and to promptly move your car or it will be towed. Not so bad though. There were plenty of spaces to park underground. We had a king city view room on the 19th floor. Very clean, nice room. Only complaints are the popcorn ceilings, and the bathroom. It is a nice enough bathroom but it has a sliding door that does not lock nor close all the way. The bed was very comfy, big TV and you can sign into Netflix if yuu is have it. Oh, and the TV would not let me switch inputs. So I was not able to play Nintendo in room as planned :( The staff was nice and helpful. There is a bar in the lobby that is open which was surprising during covid. Last thing to note are the elevators. There are only four of them and you can only have 2-4 people in each. Around checkin and checkout times, the wait to get in the elevator was as long as 20 minutes.
