Stayed here in a motorcycle tour. Staff allowed us to park in back yard, all nice and secure. Was a stop off on our way to the Caen ferry, pretty ideal really. Lots of nationalities staying here. Lovely staff and nice restaurant.

Great property right on the waterfront. That being said there was a massive Ferris wheel right across from our room! Now I know why there were ear plugs. The Ferris wheel did not stop until midnight so plan to stay up until then. Rooms were clean and location is great to access Juno Beach and amenities. Not enough staff at restaurant which resulted slow orders.

We loved this hotel! Very conveniently located at the beach and across the street from the big Ferris wheel. Walking distance to all the sights in Courseulles-sur-mer. The room was clean and medium-spacious but didn’t have a lot of room for luggage or our things. We had a double and and a twin bed in ours which were comfy and clean. Windows opened onto the street which was more quiet than I would have thought. The reception area is beautiful, with a large dining room that is its own restaurant but also the breakfast room. In my mind it was a very iconic look for the Normandy coast. One drawback is the parking situation. There was nothing available when we arrived so I had to park quite far away, although there appeared to be many more spots available in the morning when we left - maybe it was just our timing. I would definitely return to this hotel!

Pleasant hotel, central location but quiet. Friendly staff. Good food in hotel restaurant. Bedroom very small but well equipped. Good price given location and time of year. .

Excellent restaurant, Good to Average hotel
The staff were excellent, the hotel was very well located and generally really nice. The apartment room was great for a family, but was too warm. It could do with air conditioning. Also the toilet room wasn't at all pleasant, the floor had old soaked up urine around the toilet and smelt terrible, and the toilet and floor really need completely replacing. The shower is also badly placed under a sloping roof so we needed to kneel down to shower, and there is no way to stop water going all over the bathroom floor. The soap for the sink is also attached to the wall really high up which was impossible for children to reach so they had to ask help to wash their hands. Finally in a hotel it would be nice to have a small sink unit in the toilet room. Otherwise, the beds and sofa were comfy, the fridge and sink were helpful, the restaurant and staff at the hotel were very very good, especially for dinner. We were expecting a bit more choice at breakfast (for example having hot food as well as cold), but it was adequate for one morning. No one was around for early check out (we had to leave at 6:30am for the ferry) so we just had to leave the key.

A one night stay for work. The room was very small. Also the noise of the kitchen staff putting bins out at 11pm could easily be heard. Other than that it was nice with a good restaurant

Classic old hotel right near the beach provided a restful night on a solo weekend during a 2-week business trip. Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Found a nice restaurant steps away and the restaurant in the hotel looked to have a nice menu.

Lovely, elegant hotel
The ladies on reception were very welcoming. Very elegant reception area . Our room was on the 2nd floor , winding staircase ( no lift ) , Room was clean , bright and modern . Shower in bath, separate toilet , wardrobe. No tea, coffee facilities, no air con , windows opening onto small balcony. Area near reception for drinks, coffee etc. Main dining room , white tablecloths, had dinner in the evening, service good, food good.

5 days of DDay on our own
Stayed right on Juno Beach and did all of the Normandy Landing sites. Quaint provincial hotel with a good restaurant. The staff were delightful in dealing with a couple of language challenged American guys. A great time, great place, town, great people. Forget the tours. You experience so much more planning and driving on your own
