Stayd for 2 nights book 2 family rooms Hotel advertised as 4 star hotel on hotel's.Com but this is actually a 2 star hotel very small rooms asked 3 single bed in each room but the gave u 2 small single beds on reception staff is not very help full very misleading information on hotel's.Com. regarding this hotel paid over 300 euros

Breakfast is terrible here. Tables are not cleaned or cleared of plates / bowls. Also no clean plates and bowls available as they are all still on the tables!! Juice machine not working, scrambled eggs made from powder not real eggs, poor cereal selection. pastries taste old and stale. very poor.

Rooms are not in modern shape anymore. The bathroom and toilet floor were not clean (hair etc). Service, breakfast and bar were good. Parking was easy.

Good stay in good hotel, yet, there is something wrong about the hotel, the lady running breakfast was intrusive, unfriendly and the milk was sour. Whatever you wanted to prepare with milk had to be given up. She did not know she was serving sor milk for coffee?

Decent hotel for business Trip. Nothing special but does the trick. Breakfast was good (with freshly squeezed orange juice, tasty pastries and good ham/cheese). Hygiene in the bathrooms of the room were not acceptable (multiple hair on floor in bathroom AND toilet).

AC is not designed well enough

good hotel in Cergy with nice breakfast, comfortable bed and updated room. The main issue I had is that the AC is not working well enough to cool down the room at night when the weather is hot, and there is no screen at the window like everywhere else in France so you can't leave your window open either if you care about mosquitos. It was hot in the room, too hot to sleep comfortably

Sejour tres convenable et accueillant. Chambre tres fonctionnelle Service ménage dans l'ensemble tres bien. Literie tres bonne. Salle de bain a rafraichir au niveau de la robinetterie en mauvaise état (pommeau de douche), et joints de douche a frotter. Personnel tres disponible. Je conseille cet hôtel.
