This hotel is on a street with less hotels and shops than much of Thamel so it was overall a quieter site. The staff was very helpful in guiding us to locations and making phone calls for us on several occasions. If we get back to Kathmandu, we will stay here again.

It was our first trip to Nepal, we did not want to do any mountain trekking, just sightseeing in and around Kathmandu. Staff at the Hotel Yatri made our stay very comfortable, especially reception and restaurant staff. The food was delicious and selection was great. Special thanks to the manager, Mr. Keshab Sharma. He arranged for us a car for a day, with a driver, and a guide. Plus, he booked us on a mountain flight, he did it fast and efficiently. Thank you, Mr Sharma!
