Stayed one night on business. Room very nice and clean. Good shower but the screen is too small , so the bathroom floor gets flooded. Nice staff very pleasant to deal with. Rooftop bar is very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice but needs working on.
Stay was nice, the spa was amazing. A few let downs such as the breakfast choices, also the fact that the wait for the lifts were long as the lifts were also used by those visiting the resort and not staying in the hotel, so it meant a longer wait for the lifts and the beds were not as comfortable due to the hotel using twin beds to make a queen so I had to request a mattress topper to ease the comfortability, however overall it was good.

Staff very friendly and welcoming also we asked for an upgrade on our room and we was given a complimentary upgrade which was brilliant. Room absolutely fantastic and the breakfast was very nice, also the VIP parking was well worth the £20 we paid and it’s safe to say we will be staying here again.

No mini bar for diabetics on 2nd night. Asked reception, who said they couldn’t get any sugar free drinks. So we went to the hotel bar and bought them. They were available but the receptionist was lazy! The check out receptionist confirmed the bar should have given the receptionist the drinks to stock our fridge free of charge.
