Fantastic stay.
Fantastic stay. Airport pick-up and drop-off was flawless. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the neighborhood on my morning run. My only complaint is the pool did not open until 10 am. My flight was just after 12 pm. Hence, I did not get to swim.

Unreliable airport transfer service, disappointing
We were disappointed with our stay at 67 Airport Hotel. Before arriving I contacted them via their website to confirm our flight because we needed to be picked up but never received a response. I then had to phone the hotel and only then got confirmation. On arrival our driver was not there; it turns out that he was in another part of the airport but no one contacted us. When we arrived we saw the room was very basic which was surprising given the price we paid. We were only staying for one night during our layover and arranged for airport transfer the next morning at 7am. We got to reception on time only to be told that the driver decided to drop someone else off and ended up being 25 minutes late. We then were very late and ended up rushing through the airport to make our flight. We were very disappointed with our stay and the service.

Not far from the Airport, shuttle to and from Airport.. for a 4am departure. Bar and kitchen extended hours. Food was average.. my steak and mushrooms was below expectations.. Staff were friendly and attentive.

I would've given a fine rating for the amenities, etc - it's basically what you expect of an airport hotel. But on the day of my departure, after booking a shuttle to the airport for noon, I was woken up at 6am, asking why I wasn't yet downstairs for the shuttle. When I told them I had booked for noon, instead of getting off the phone so I could get back to sleep, the staff kept yelling into the phone that it says 6am etc. So I got up, went for breakfast, and when I went back to my room, at 8am someone else knocked once and then tried to open the door! Thank goodness I had the deadbolt secured. When I called the front desk to see what happened, they said they would look into it and let me know, but I never heard back. Having all this happen on the date of travel when rest is super important is just not great.
