Hotel was fine, not worth the price.
Hotel was fine. Not at clean as it should’ve been. When we first arrived the front desk was not very friendly nor helpful. For the price this hotel should be in a bit better shape considering how dates the bathroom is.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Trafalgar sq which makes it convenient for the many bars a restaurants that surround this area of London and of course is in easy reach of the West end, Oxford street, Buckingham palace and Westminster

Excellent Location
The ground floor is very impressive with a large marble atrium which can be drafty when it is cold outside. The Reception staff are very helpful. The room (203) was a good size with a very old fashioned shower room. Breakfast is served in the room at the back of the atrium so plaenty of marble. Undortunately it was warm food on a cold plate. The location is excellent, within a 100m of Trafalgar square.

Home Away From Home
The Grand at Trafalgar Square is our home away from home in London. Everyone at the front desk makes you feel comfortable and at home--especially Nalin, who is kind, friendly and helpful. He cares--and it shows! Lovely guy. The rooms are great, the location is very central, and the prices are reasonable for London. We've stayed at The Grand/Club Quarters a half dozen times and we've never been disappointed. Looking forward to a return visit later this month!
