Good Trip

Our stay at Tulip Inn hotel was good. The family rooms are big and comfortable. It is convenient place in-terms of travel as Paleiseau train station is near, which got good links to Paris. No hot water on the first night!

We booked the residence for our trip to Paris for Roland Garros tournament. The room was a good one but we stayed the first of three nights without hot water and the front staff were not helpful. I don't think we will give the Tulip Inn a second change. No value for our money.

Good apartment, very spacious, extremely convenient for family of four. Staff were friendly, and helped as much as they could with the questions we asked. Stay, breakfast, price of hotel and level of service are as expected from this rating of an apartment. We asked for the room to be cleaned every day (please note you have to inform them a day before). Paris central is 40mins train ride. All good.

Very good hotel for price and convenience, only 40minute train to Paris. Easily accessible from airport. However, some discolouration/ stains on one of the pillows and blanket and also only given one big towel for 2 people. The cutlery had some minor stains and there wasn’t any dish sponge to wash them with. Overall very good hotel for price and convenience with couple minor issues. Definitely recommend

Needs improvement

The hotel was fine, just the rooms were not very clean. Silicon joints in the bathroom with mould on them. Some stains on the pillow cases. The bottom sheet of the bed was not properly fitted and a 10cm piece of mattress was visible, not a major thing, just unexpected. Service was good and staff was helpful.

BAD HOTEL NO RECOMMENDED

smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately.

Chambre très propre - serviettes insuffisantes

Chambre propre, cuisine aussi. Peu de couverts mais propre. Par contre les serviettes de bain sont catastrophiques. Il y en avait 2 : Très petites, rêches, très fines. Impossible si vous avez les cheveux longs de vous secher les cheveux et le corps. Il faudra choisir. Le balcon était très agréable avec une belle vue. Et par pitié, arrêter de mettre des gels douches / shampoings combinés !

Le lavabo est un peu bouché, j'ai tenté de le déboucher mais c'est un problème de bouchon de bonde (ressort usé ?). Il est important de laver sa vaisselle, l'établissement affiche un avertissement sur un prélèvement de 25€ supplémentaires pour toute vaisselle sale, mais ils ne fournissent pas de produit vaisselle et le mini-lave-vaisselle est compliqué à utiliser ou est en panne.
