      Hopefully my review helps someone

      Great stay. Breakfast was pretty good. Just the parking lot was pretty expensive. However around the corner behind the hotel the hotel there is parking garage that charges four dollars for overnight parking. The only thing with that parking garage it closes at nine pm and opens back up at seven am.

      Not worth the money

      There was construction going on outside. Swimming pool and hot tub weren’t working. Went to take a shower, no hot water. Light in bathroom not working, cobwebs in the corners. Cable wasn’t working. Breakfast was disappointing.

      Microwave Missed

      We did not have a microwave in our room and had to go to the lobby to reheat our food. Otherwise it was a lovely stay, the lobby has hot chocolate, board games, and tables for kids.

      The young man that checked us in on the first night was super helpful and very attentive to all customers in the lobby. We very much so enjoyed our stay. The construction outside was a bit loud the first night but nothing too terrible.

      Good location, heavy construction

      Husband and I checked in at 10:30pm after many delayed flights due to weather. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk or anywhere around. Security said nothing and looked disinterested. After 10 minutes of waiting, we called the hotel and the phone rang with no answer. We did this twice. Finally the desk attendant appeared. No apologies, just saying he was doing everything there. Checked in, told him we were expecting 1 piece of luggage to be delivered later around midnight or soon after. He said he would leave a message for the desk clerk for that shift. Found out he did not. On the good side, the room was roomy, clean and comfortable. Hotel was perfectly located for walking to restaurants, shopping and all that we enjoy. We did get our luggage around 1am from the new desk clerk who brought it up to our room. My husband checked out the breakfast and said it was a very nice spread, the best he has seen in a long time. On checkout we checked our bags at the front desk to hold to later in the day. That all went smooth. The construction around your building is bad, but that is no fault of yours. Other than our check in experience, everything else went well.
