We asked the concierge to make a reservation at Casa Pueblo. They were for two days telling that "they are not answering us". But they never gave us a feedback about that. We had to ask about it every time. When I saw that that woul not go anywhere, I decided to get a phone number and make the reservation by myself. It was literally 15 minutes for me to get it done ( by whatsapp ). If ai knew that, I would never have asked the concierge.
Another day, there was a big thunderstorm. When i arrived at the room, there was a leak coming from the window, that created a big mess on the carpet floor, adding that part of the dry wall revestment was falling. I personally came to the front desk to complain about that. They simply told "thank you" but didnt even send a maintenance person to check about that. So I slept with a pretty bad smell in my room.
Next day, the cleaners were in the room. When I got back, i simply saw the bad made, but the dry wall pieces were still on the floor.
Nobody ever asked about that, even during checkout.
