It was an expectation versus reality moment when we arrived at the hotel. It doesn't seem like a hotel on the outside since there's no lobby (the have a makeshift lobby on the second floor). This is all because the hotel is undergoing renovations I think for their lobby. When we sneaked a peek on the lobby that is being made I think ist wonderful.. Unfortunately we came when its undergoing renovations. Nevertheless our stay was great. The location is good. just right in between of ximen station and Taipei main station. both are walking distance from the hotel! ❤️❤️❤️

The staff were friendly and efficient. Housing keeping staff even fold your clothes, which I didn't expect. The hotel may be a little old, but it's clean. Quiet night time, but it was very noisy during day time because they have been remodeling. Forget about sleeping in or take a afternoon nap to prepare for late night party during this remodeling period. Prepare to walk for about 10 minutes to find good food/drink.
