A total dump. Left early despite non-refundable
In a word, this is a dump. The place is in dilapidated condition. Paperthin walls and cracks in the door and windows so you hear everything. Tons of homeless hang around the property rummaging through trash at night. The motel wreaks of weed smell from the customers who can smoke right outside the rooms. No heating or cooling. No kitchen as advertised. Old uncomfortable and super squeaky mattress; and stinky pillows. Lukewarm water, had to wait hours to be able to shower. Felt sorry for the cleaning crew who tried hard but couldnt do much about the far gone conditions at this place. Customers arrived at 2 am and partied until 4 am. Moved out early after this experience even though the booking was non refundable. Much better options available only a few blocks away. Police was on the premises every single day, and took a wanted customer at gun point. Unreal.

There was homeless people sleeping outside. Room smelled muggy, no heat, only a fan for AC. Other guests up all night in room above, stomping and yelling. Other guests that lived there up all night being loud. Small parking lot. The tried to have me switch rooms a couple hours before check in to a double queen when i had already paid for a king room. Guy at front desk was a bit "off". Only plus is the restaurants down the street, and proximity to the beach.

Good value for the money
Helpful staff. Went above and beyond to ensure i had what I needed. You could tell, but the management wanted to improve the hotel with as many Features of a possible. It is an older hotel, but he offered put into insurance everything what's up what's up. It was relatively quiet and very close to the beach.

This place is way too overpriced for what you get. We checked out minutes after checking in. There was no AC, the fridge was broken, the front door was jammed, the toilet was clogged, and it was just a disgusting room. I ended up booking another room elsewhere, I do not recommend this motel at all.

Decieved by pictures...worst stay ever
No I'm sorry it was not...it was too noisy, the bed was not comfortable. I was nervous and did not sleep because of all the noise, people, ice machine, dogs. The pictures on the website are deceiving because there are no rooms that walk right out to the beach. The room was hot and stuffy with no air conditioning. And the manager guy called me very late twice for reasons I do no know which was unnerving and was told on my voice-mail that he left a key under the mat which we checked in morning and no key but thought how unsafe is that so I have no idea what he was talking about and how unsafe that would have been to leave a room key under a mat. Such a terrible stay we were not going to stay the scond night that we had booked.
