The hotel is in walking distance to the historic center of San Luis Potosí. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue in our first room (the safe wouldn’t lock) and staff immediately found another room for us. Our room faced Carranza, a main avenue into the city, so it was very noisy. But we loved being able to look out over the city.
