Its definitely not luxurious as described on the website and the information book but its in a great location, quite comfortable especially the bed and the shower is excellent. Kitchen area could do with modernisation. But overall much better inside than outside. And fairly quiet too considering the busy intersection. Would benefit from net curtains.

Location is good but had feeling transitional housing people staying there bit nervous to stay upstairs big group of people coming and going where we had booked a room so opted for downstairs as stairs also an issue. Our room had very noisy drains noise coming from upstairs and our room stunk of cigarette smoke. Very small bathroom.
