Nice hotel with lovely comfy beds. Room was large and had a great view. Shower was good.…
The suite was very spacious and well appointed. Our one criticism of the suite itself…

Great stay and the pool was amazing
Great stay, initial cold reception but that changed (perhaps due to casual attire, wasn't dealt with seriously??), attitude soon changed and room upgrade was awarded due to Hotels.com status. Great room, nice view, spacious, extremely comfortable bed, rooftop pool was clean and well managed, no bar open though? Used the tennis court was awesome!
I thought I would try another hotel as we always stay at the Cordis - never again! We show up, no one at reception told due to covid we have to walk all the way round to the other reception that was fine, a valet guy came to take our car he was rude, went to the room and they we're old, run down and smelt odd. Towels took an hour to arrive for the pool. In general they have no staff, their rude & look over run. The place needs a good upgrade.
The queue for valet parking was backed up down Hobson Street and had to wait over half an hour. Check-in also took way too long and it was a very long walk to the towers. Room was lovely with a great view of harbour bridge. Not enough staff on, but the staff were very friendly.
Hotel is very run down, not the 4.5 star they claim, outdoor pool that was meant to be heated was very cold...spa pool jets didnt work either..... sky tv didnt work properly in the room on either tv in room. When i contacted desk they said it it was a sky issue.... dryer in room also didnt work... when you pay over $600 for 2 night's... you would expect more
Heated pool was cold. Lift to pool wouldn't work. No reception on tower side. Overall stay just felt flat
is perfect for a stay in cbd , old school tap showers with seperate holdcold tap , needs few charging station or ports for easy charging in room ..otherwise location, facilities are good
Great roof top pool and amazing views. Some rooms don't have the best view.
Terrible overpriced property. The hotel is dated the room we had was dirty smelt like smoke and there was no view
The Hotel looks tired, the room was small & incredibly stuffy. It was a room whereby you have to use a slot on the wall for power so I had to get another key to use to go in & out of the room as I had leave the ‘aircon’ on for it to cool down as it was very ineffective ‘aircon’. Also apparently the pool bar was closed but that wasn’t mentioned at all when I booked & as it was the whole reason for booking this Hotel. Very disappointing. I also could see that the price on the Hotels website that the room I had booked was now cheaper than what I had paid but that made no difference when I showed the clerk at check in. Next time I will stay at the Adina.
