The staff went above and beyond to help me when my taxi didn't arrive and also helped other customers as well with their problems in an exceptional way to. Very friendly and helspful staff. Made my stay so much easier! I would definitely stay again.

Beds were to short 1 had stain on sheet and duvet cover.shower in the onsuite room was blocked as drain hole fixture would boil up .so we used the main showers. Shower surround were filthy in onsuite and main larger right hand side shower had timber coming off walls . Not enough milk . So went out to local dairy to buy more. Needs a thorough clean in showers. I have worked in a motel before and was not impressed with cleaning .

Oh gosh, where do I start....the property seemed abandoned when we arrived for check in. It didn't seem like a real motel. Once someone eventually showed up to assist us, we were told the type of room we had booked was no longer available due to some issue, and were given a lesser room "at the same price" (thanks!). The room was very small, fitting just the bed and a cheap small table and stool set containing a kettle and some mugs for coffee and tea (no mini fridge or microwave). No air conditioning. No mirror anywhere in the room. Miniature sink for handwashing located outside the bathroom, in the main room - so small you could not brush your teeth without banging your head on the wall. Very poor security for the building - exterior doors left wide open 24/7. Room access was via a code which I suspect is not unique to each check in. Very tight entrance and exit to the property, which is also located on a very busy street. The only good thing I can say is the wi-fi worked well.
