"We had a wonderful stay at the Tower hotel at fallsview. We stayed in a king size bed room on the 29th floor with City view. For the price, we were very satisfied. A few tips to travelers: hotel looks like an air traffic control tower and there are only four floors for the residence, floors 27 through 30. Floors 25 and 26 are for a restaurant and observation deck. Note that the rooms get larger. The higher you go in the building because the windows slant away from the floor. For this reason, anything below floor 29 would probably be extremely small. Our room was already very small, essentially just a little bit bigger than the bed itself. This was suitable for our purposes but may not work on the lower floors. Parking options include valet parking for about $75 a night and off-site parking for about $38 a night. We chose the ladder and were very happy with it. The parking is relatively close and it's easy to get in and out of and a free hotel shuttle circulates constantly taking people back and forth to the hotel. The only slight negative during our stay was that our small refrigerator was not working. The staff got it working minimally but it still didn't get very cool. However, the staff helpfully stored our ice packs in the hotel lobby freezer. This was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it to any travelers to Niagara Falls. Consider getting the city view rooms which are considerably cheaper and enjoying commanding views of the Falls for free from the 25th floor."
"My only concern was the drain in the room. It needs to be cleaned !! The HVAC in the hallway needs to be improved to counter the effects of the “Greenhouse” effect of the sun through the glass panels. "
"We got the Queens with Balcony view it was absolutely perfect to watch the fireworks, the balcony was huge so kept my kid entertained and you could see everything. Short walk to everything, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. It was nice they had on site breakfast and lunch at a reasonable price. We go every year and first time at this hotel and we will be booking with this hotel again. "
