Very accessible and easy to move around to see the interesting historic sites in Roma. Breakfast is a good spread. Bed comfortable and room spacious and relatively clean.

Had to change the date of my booking due to Covid19, Hotel eventually agreed to change dates but my breakfast was cancelled on the new booking. I had to beg the reception guy to allow a day's breakfast. Hotels. Com said its the hotels fault and vice versa. So I was not impressed with that. But overall the hotel was very good, clean and reception staff were pleasent. Location to the train, metro and busses is excellent and within walking distance. Rooms are clean and generally good. Only downside is the Air conditioner is controlled from the main desk and if you need to lower/increase the temperature, you have to ring reception. But no real worries about that.

The hotel is 2 minutes from Roma Termini train station, and you can easily access Rome’s attractions from here. Staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Marco). Breakfast is great value at 5 Euro.

I tried everything to get my money back to no avai
I did not even stay at this hotel due to Covid 19. I tried everything to get my money back to no avail. I went to the bank I went to hotels.com I went to PayPal the way I paid it and I even rang the hotel many many times which were I was treated very rudely over. In circumstances in times like this as well as financial hardship I do believe I deserve a refund.

Flight cancelled and non essential travel not authorised by the gouvernement. Hôtel refused to acknowledge exceptional circumstances or offer any voucher. Hotel did not offer any alternate date. Would not recommend at all for poor customer service

Very clean, great location, friendly staff. Thin walls meant that I was woken up early on a couple of occasions, as cleaners began in other rooms at 8am.
