A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including hydrotherapy and thalassotherapy. The spa is equipped with a mud bath, a sauna, a hot tub and Turkish bath/hammam. The spa is open daily. The hotel and spa had excellent facilities. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor areas were beautiful although during this busy time it was sometimes difficult to find a deck chair in a shady spot. The hotel itself is situated a 10 min walk from the lakeside town of Bardolino where there were plenty of options for eating and drinking.

As for the service, it is not a 4 stars. The massage was given in a cold room with no music and the spa pools had many kids. Additionally, the restaurant’s food is mediocre and low quality. Location is good.
