Cagliari was an awesome town and our stay here was wonderful. The pool was freezing and not much of a pool... made more for dipping (very tiny). We arrived early and after sitting around the pool for hours, no one ever came to take drink orders or check on us.. I found this odd. Other than that, the room was impeccable and the breakfast in the morning was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff are fantastic here, some of the digital services are very clunky (room order app, aircon fiddly, cant stream to TV etc) but the staff compensate for these minor issues very well and fixed all but streaming fast. If you don’t there will be no availability to use the discount voucher included with the room. A 5 star hotel with 5 star service, excellent staff and overall excellent service.
