Upon check in- kettle not provided. By right all rooms shld hve 2 pillows per person but we only hve 1 pillow n we call d front office n they say they will send housekeeping staff to check. Why cant they just provide us extra instead of coming up to our rm to check . According to d staff they r running full occupancy n not enough pillows for all guest We were assign 2nd floor right on top of d coffee house. So noisy as early as 5am- kitchen preparation n staff talking v loud

Friday rock! Night market just outside the resort
Fantastic resort! Nested along the lagoon with beach front only 2 mins away! Big and comfortable king bed and kids love their loft. Lots of happening cafes, bakery, Japanese, Italian restaurants just 10 mins walk. Highlights was the Friday night market at Boat Avenue!

Good location in the Laguna area of Phuket. The hotel room which we had, had 2 bedrooms and a small living area which was perfect for us and our teen. The pool areas were nice. The little boat across the lagoon to the beach, plus the transport offered around the local area (at a cost) were useful.
