The stay was good however, the international buffet breakfast was disappointing. The porridge was cold and coffee were not accessible . The bread toaster, didn't really work as bread were cold after coming out from toaster. The food does not look freshly prepared, they were probably prepared the night before as they are mainly cold and lack aroma. The variety are mainly Asian, not international. .The buffet breakfast is not value for money as the quality of food are not there.

Very sweet and helpfull staff. The most beautiful view and monkies on the way to the city is definitely a plus.

Venue is looking tried ,needs some work . Wifi limited keep dropping out . Restaurant Menu very limited . Quiet location with nice view . Easy trip into Cenang Overall rating 6 . cheers

Good hotel in a nice location. City is in a walking distance. Good service and a nice pool.

Staff were friendly, helpful. Excellent location, furniture was a bit outdated, bedding and bedside lamps needed replacing.

Staff attitude is very bad not helpful and unfriendly. They ignored all your request. B’fast was terrible. Room facility some of items missing and damage.

The hotel has really nice pool and outdoor settings. Staff is nice. However, the room is not in good condition. It looks old and not that clean. The carpet in front of rooms hallway looks old and dirty. The bathroom looks old and not clean. It will be really great if the hotel room is renovated. For the price paid, the hotel room should be nicer and match the hotel outdoor settings.

Overall the hotel is good especially the front desk, but the rooms are quite old. The breakfast is terrible.

Rooms are extremely dirty. When checked in, the toilet bowl still has urine stains! Shower gel was also used and wasn't replaced with a new one.

Great thing about this hotel is the view. Although old type, but, clean.
