Although the room was a bit tired and need if updating, it did benifit from a kettle in the room and daily cleaning. The complimentary tea and water in the room was replenished daily. The breakfast was simple but adequate and plenteful with fresh cake every day. The staff were very friendly and helpfulful with a good standard of Eglishn language. I would stay here again.

Bad experience bedbugs

This hotel is close to a lot of area. Food and staff are nice. Specially the evening guy don't know his name. The rooms are ok, the problem was that the room they gave me 204 has bedbugs.Thank God are stay there was 1 1/2 day. And we had to be at the Izmir airport at 3:00 am. This is a big issue they need to fix asap. The sad part they did not return my money back and for them is not a problem.

La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos qu’on a vu sur le site. La chambre et la salle de bain était très sale. Le pommeau de la douche était cassé. Il y avait plein de chevaux sur le lit à l’arrivée et dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre elle ne correspondait pas du tout aux images. À fuir cet hôtel.
