Impressive photos, mediocre experience. I recommend looking at the reviews on other sites before staying here. The reviews on Hotels do not adequately represent the current property conditions and noise level. We were unable to sleep for our entire stay due to noise, either from the rooftop bar shaking the walls, or the surrounding hotel bars. The glass walls are beautiful, but do nothing to block noise. Everything is pretty rundown, moth eaten. No mattress cover and bottom sheet didn't cover.

I have stayed here before over past 3 years 3 or 4 times .The maintenance and updates have suffered .First the elevator wasnt working ,and no one to help ,if i didnt expect an elevator,that is ok but had to carry 5 bags up the stairs ,thankfully only 1 flight for me .The silicone around shower floor was old and cracked and water leaked all over floor ,the toilet quit flushing within 30 minutes .The overall condition of the room needed attention .Bed was acceptable although also could use a new mattress soon .Rooftop bar had no food because of elevator (understandable).Service was good for what they have to work with .location is good .Probably wont stay there again .

Favorite place in Playa!
We have stayed at several hotels in playa now and this one was our favorite! The bed was more comfortable than any other place we’ve been, and the rooftop was amazing! Great pool, and the bar and bartender were wonderful. Very friendly and great drinks. They even had live music several of the nights we were there which was really fun. Staff was friendly, and we loved the included breakfast, great options. We are already planning to come back!
