Superb service from all members of staff throughout our short stay; room very clean and bathroom shower facility was excellent! Location was what we wanted and couldn't fault - right in the middle of Windsor - walking distance to everything included the train station!

Great location in Windsor
It was a perfect location to the shops, foods, Windsor Castle, Guard changes. Staff is friendly but in comparison to other hotels I’ve stayed at, it’s not as superb customer service. Also, if you have a car, reserve that parking spot on their website. Had no idea that had to be done. Front desk gal made me think I should’ve known that. Needless to say, you have to park a fairly good walk if no car park reserves were made. The hallways of the hotel is dark. Could use more lighting even though it’s sensor lights, it’s still delayed coming on and is dim. Overall, it’s an average good stay.
