I am completely impressed with this property. Smooth check in, huge apartments with the backyard for the pet (pet will have the bed, toys and everything needed), amazing onsen, shower and foot bath, slippers for inside and outside (pj’s of course). Sleeping area included two long size beds, projector. There was a telescope in the living room and kitchen had all amenities you can imagine. Fridge was stocked with free drinks and snacks including wine. Clean, practical, in a beautiful area. I am very thankful for the choice among all hotels in Hakone.

Some amenities were hard to figure out or didn’t work (projector, vending machine, balcony light made it hard to use the telescope). My room was absolutely stunning. Cleanliness 10/10. Check in was a breeze. The room was so spacious the outdoor patio had a footbath, grass area, bbq and outside table. The room was equipped with absolutely every single thing you needed, it even had a telescope! The best thing was the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful private onsen with a big window that opens up to the backyard. Privacy is 10/10. It’s also 10 minutes car ride to the Hakone Open Air Museum and a 7/11. 100/10 experience at this place!
