Firstly, ‘Front Desk Manager - Andrew’ is approachable & tries his best to help out where possible.
However, facilities is quite run down, little to no investment put in to improve the quality of the room e.g. old heat pump, dirty coffee machine, wardrobe makes loud squeaky noise, wall paper peeling and patches badly.
What more disappointing is that MASSIVE hygiene issues. Bitten all over my back and spread to leg - photo, video evidences & even escalated to the Manager.
Staff attitude is either great one or poor services.
Really disappointing to see this happening and having to vent out my unpleasant experience to Expedia.
