Excellent location but on a very lively street. So if you don't like traffic or people noise don't get a balcony room. Those are A rooms. The H rooms are the farthest away in the North building.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Old San Juan. Comfortable beds, good breakfast! The shower in our room lacked pressure. We didn’t make it up to enjoy the rooftop jacuzzi, but would do so on another stay.

Nice hotel for pre cruise. Close to everything
Hotel was in a great place, very historic, walk out and you're in the center. Staff very friendly, we did have one issue with no hot water, luke warm The staff did try to fixed it but was not able too. It did not ruin out stay!! The hotel was fully booked. I will write a review (Positive of course) to tell others not to believe the negative reviews. Was always great to be greated every time we were acknowledge

Great boutique hotel in Old SJ
Friendly and kind reception. Could not have been nicer. Late check out fee very reasonable and the commitment to customer satisfaction was evident. Out two bedroom room was awesome reasonably priced. The room had a bit of a condensation issue but that’s to be expected in the tropics. Other than that the beds were incredible comfy, balcony and roof terrace were great! I’d never want to stay anywhere else!

Location!
We had a nice stay, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was big enough and clean. The location was perfect! We really enjoyed the rooftop hot tubs after a long day of sightseeing. My only complaint is that I upgraded to a room with a terrace/balcony thinking it would be a balcony with street view but instead got a view of the other buildings roofs, if I had known that I would have not upgraded.
