Das Elopura Hotel (Elopura = alter Name von Sandakan) war für uns ein ausserordentlich schönes Erlebnis! Das Hotel - gefüllt mit Sammelstücken aus der Filmwelt und Musik - hat einen besonderen Charme. Die Lage ist toll, gleich am Hafen. Besonders zu erwähne sind die superfreundlichen Mitarbeitenden! Zudem zaubert das zugehörige Restaurant Gerichte der Extraklasse aus der Küche! Besonders erwähnen möchten wir Jeff Andy von der Rezeption - super sympathisch und total hilfsbereit, Dani den F & B-Manager, der uns ganz toll betreut hat. Zudem hatten wir ein ganz flottes Zimmermädchen, dass uns immer mit einem Lächeln begegnet ist. Der Koch Aidil ging auch auf spezielle Wünsche ein! Hier fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich als König!

Geen strand, alleen was leuk krokodil farm en de sandakan history trial , beter deze plaats overslaan, de receptie wist bijna niets , heel hard bed , leek wel of je op de grond sliep , ze hadden geen top matras, s avonds muziek van buiten , ik had geen warm water, meerdere keren gevraagd, stel prutsers, weinig water uit de kraan
