Awful shower and beds
DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU VALUE COMFORT OR WANT TO SHOWER. Our kids were complaining about the sofa bed. These guys (tucker) own 3 floors of this apartment, do you think they could afford something descent as bedding. If you want to shower, forget it. You will get more wet from a dripping tap. Water pressure is non existent. You will spend all night trying to get shampoo out your hair. Photos look good, location good but this place tested my sanity. If you want to keep yous, keep looking for something else

Problem after problem
I never coming back to this place. The apartment was full of roaches on the bathroom and main room. There is an additional fee for parking, $25 per day, and it was terrible, very limited, good luck finding a spot. Extremely poor communication with the front desk. I was charged with an additional $250 and there was no explanation about it, Iwill have to start a fraud claim with my bank. Stay away from this place.

The workers was rude! The hotel staff don’t hardy you at all they want you do share bath towels and wash towels. Don’t take the trash even if you are there longer than 5 days! The valet workers was the best part of the hotel

Stayed here for 3 weeks for a clinical training program. My stay was very comfortable, the rooms were very nice. The full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit made all the difference. The pool and gym were great. The coffee from the lobby (only from 7-12) was a nice touch also (but I worked 6-2 so couldn’t take advantage of it most of the days) Parking garage was easy to use. I traveled alone and I felt safe the entire time. No issues. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Only thing is they provide basic in room amenities to cover as starters but if you plan to be there long term, you do need to provide your own extra amenities if needed. If I would have known, I would have brought some extra things with me before arriving but it was no biggie. There are plenty of stores nearby to grab essentials at. I would definitely recommend, especially anyone looking for a short term (few weeks rental).
