Unfortunately the only good things about this hotel are: the beds, the reception staff (MARVIN, EDER and ALLAN) and the security of the area. We were 3 people. The “horrible” breakfast, stale and cold. After many complaints, they improved it a little. The bathtub drain was clogged, they had to replace it. Only three miserable hooks to hang clothes, not a single shelf over the sink to put things for personal use. A very unstable internet and on the last day, we did not have hot water all day. The receptionists did everything possible to make our stay better, but even they lacked the tools to do so. At first we were told that they would not change our towels, but since we complained, then Allàn requested permission for them to be changed. During our stay, we asked for salt and pepper for breakfast, and only on the last day were we given salt. In such a situation, I feel that the price paid was a scam. I assert: the receptionists are the best thing the hostel has. They should be given recognition for having to show their faces in that place.
