A great place to stay.
Great location! It's in Time Square so you are walking distance from the Theatres, shops, food etc. The room was small (it was our first time in New York, so take that into consideration), but it was fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, cook top, pots, dishes, silverware, etc. The bed was so comfortable! We even had a little patio to sit and drink our morning coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard fare, nothing special. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

The staff was so so so nice. Modesto, who helped check me in early, was extremely kind and friendly. We arrived super early and had to wait to check in, but they held all of our bags until they had a room available. I called several times to check if a room was available and they were kind every time.

Stay was as described and expected. Nice Hotel Front Desk check-in staff (She was very upbeat and engaging-name starts with A?). Nice to have sink and fridge in room. Needless to say, right in the midst of the Theater and fun district...near all our favorite Hell's Kitchen and Broadway restaurants and dance places!
