Overall, the room was acceptable, though there was a noticeable smell upon entering. It wasn’t overwhelming, but enough to be worth mentioning.
Regarding breakfast, the website advertised a "full breakfast," but the options were quite limited. There was no bacon or sausage available—only eggs, toast, muffins, and cereal. Coffee and pancakes had run out, and there was only one staff member handling everything from cooking to refilling food. He seemed more focused on asking guests which room they were coming from rather than keeping up with breakfast service.
Additionally, the floors in the breakfast area were sticky, likely due to the staff shortage and difficulty maintaining everything with only one person working.
I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.
