I got this hotel deeply discounted online. It is a beautiful, new, hotel, catering to the international crowd. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. With all the amenities. The restaurant is a bit of a disaster, though. It is trying too hard. The food is mediocre and bland. And it takes a long time for it to be cooked. The Breakfast buffet is better than most. And the way to go if you need to leave in the morning.

Terrible they have a motion sensor which was turning the lights on every 10 minutes even during the night for two days terrible they told us they had fix the problem which was a lie because it happen the next day. The manager terrible

This property needs more cleaning. There was bed bugs and lights kept going on and off. Also the shower kept changing from cold to hot. I showed the front office the bed bug bites from my legs and they did not respond to it. Their customer service is good, but Overall bad experience.

Everything was good except one thing. I read on the web site there was a shuttle to go to the airport for a fixed price. I asked for it and call me a cab to go there instead and told me it would cost around 500 to 600 MXN. Unfortunately i got a taxy driver that try to make me pay more and more for any reason he could find. A they ems to avoid problem i paid my drive but was an excessive price. I expect to hotel to make sure they call a confident driver when they provide this service.
