Staff was great to talk to as well as to deal with. Airport shuttle service is limited to sertion time and it does not post the time on site.
I arrived at 2300 hours and had to take a taxi. No big deal but don't advertise a service and then when it is requested you say it's limited to a time. Bathroom poor venting which had created mold on the ceiling and other places. Overall I would never stay at this establishment again.

A one Bangkok hotel it's little bit far from downtown, other ways service was good quite area, Bangkok hospital patient stay here because it's little bit far from here.

The room was flirty dirty
Had no microwave
4 bath towels give for the entire 14 day stay
Cold food the entire 14 day stay
No help from staff
No roomservice the entire 14 day stay
Phones did not work
And on top of all charged add additional 900.00
Because i book with this site and hotel management stated i should have book with them directly
Something most definitely needs to be done about this...total cost of stay 641.00 to Expedia 900.00 to A-One Bangkok Hotel TOTALING 1541.00

There's nothing wrong about the hotel itself, which was clean and well-equipped, the room was spacious, and there was a gym and swimming pool for the guests too. The staff were efficient, but nothing over the top with their services. My only problem was the transportation, because the road traffic around the area was so congested.
