We were greeted by a wonderful woman named Vanessa at the Front desk. She offered us Champagne and an upgraded room. (The best checkin experience we have had). The room was fantastic with a Rodeo Dr view and the room stewards went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Definitely will return to this Hotel.

Alex at the front desk during check-in was exceptional. Hugo at guest services… Well, who can’t say anything bad about him? He’s been there forever and he remembers everybody. Overall, the staff is great. A few goof ups here and there, but we’re human and people screw up. It’s not a big deal. And when errors were made, they always made up for them.

Clean room , a little compact but had everything we needed . Comfortable beds . We did however have a problem with blocked drains and a strong smell of marijuana coming into our room.
