Location is perfect!

Location, location, location. What this hotel lacks in on-site amenities or upgrades, it makes up for 5X in the location. Other than getting a rental home, this hotel is the best location you can get with proximity to the beach, as well as proximity to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. The staff is always friendly, they do their best to accommodate any request, and the fresh baked cookies in the lobby are certainly a nice touch. For the price, this is by far the best option when staying in Amelia. We have stayed their 3 years in a row, and are always happy with our stay.

The regular bed was great but the pull out sofa bed was in terrible condition and very uncomfortable, had to put the couch cushions under the mattress in the middle of the night to get any sleep that night. Other than that everything was great!
