O apartamento era muito bom, aconchegante e bem mobiliado. Somente tivemos uma questão com relação as roupas de cama e banho, pois apesar da reserva constar com 3 hóspedes só havia disposto para 2, somente soubemos aonde estava o terceiro kit após envio de mensagem a noite. Telefone de contato não atendia e a resposta por mensagem é um pouco demorada. Luz do quarto em cima do espelho estava queimada e chuveiro fica pingando apesar de apertar ao maximo o registro.

A recepção do local é muito bonita e parece bem nova, porém o prédio do Flat em que nos hospedamos é bem antigo e precisa de manutenção e pintura, parece bem velho e deu uma impressão ruim. A cama de casal e a roupa de cama eram confortáveis. O atendimento do restaurante foi bem ruim, demorou e o macarrão veio sem sabor nenhum. O administrador da propriedade foi muito atencioso e solicito. Nas condições atuais não seria uma opção novamente para hospedagem.

Edificio moderno com funcionário muito prestativos e educados. O apartamento era de tamanho bom pra duas pessoas. Cama excelente, chuveiro com boa pressa de agua. Tem amenidades como frigobar (que achei muito pequeno mas quebrou o galho), cafeteirae microondas. Única ressalva é a falta de tomadas para carregamento de celular e o isolamento acustico que deixa a desejar já que a rua é muito movimentada e barulhenta.
