The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc.

Luxury in Marrakech

This was our first time in Morocco and we could not have chosen a more amazing place to stay. The Riad was centrally located in the Medina and so luxurious and well appointed, and the attention and service of the staff was perfect. We would highly recommend staying here and we will return.

Fabulous first visit to Marrakech. We stayed in the Road si Said and were met in the nearby parking area on arrival. The Road arranged our return airport transfers which was smooth and hassle free. Despite arriving early, our room was ready for us and whilst we enjoyed a truly delightful mint tea and Moroccan pastry platter as we checked in, our luggage was swiftly taken to our room. Throughout our stay, the staff could not have been better. They were attentive and friendly. The food was excellent - it was such a nice change to have the opportunity to try local specialties for breakfast. The freshly squeezed orange juice was out of this world! The location of our Riad was ideal - a stone’s throw from the chaos of the medina yet the Riad was a haven of peace and tranquility. Would thoroughly recommend!

Another Gem from Banyan Tree Properties

Beautiful Riad experience. Very quiet and staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to all restaurants, shops and museums / attractions. Did not compromise on comfort, style and premium-ness for the sake of staying in a Riad in the Medina. Many great home goods and rug shops around the corner. Visit Mohammed just down the corridor of the Riad. He’s such a lovely man and very reasonable and fair pricing for rugs & ceramics. I will 1000% stay here again!

Amazing experiences. The location is excellent. I wouldn't have stayed anywhere but this area. Jma el fna and all major souks amd attractions are all walkinh distance. The riad itself was beautiful and super clean, the breakfast was really good too. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging taxis for us when we needed and also answering any other questions we had. Would recommend to anyone visiting marakkesh

Idyllic riaad with personal service and care

This was an idyllic riad near much of the medina. The service was outstanding. They met us near the tombs where we were let off, and guided us through the side alleys personally. After making us feel welcome and settled with our very early check-in, they supplied us with a phone for navigation and to call the hotel if we needed something. Their environmental awareness is string too. Very little in the way of disposables. They supply safe filtered water and refill the soaps, etc. The courtyard is beautiful as was our room. Service was always with a smile.

Extraordinary stay and recreation

I spent 4 nights (now my second time) at Riad Tiwaline and I highly recommend Angsana Riads Collection. The riad, located at short walking distance from Jemaa El Fna Square, is very quiet, clean and comfortable and impresses with its typically Moroccan style. The staff is thoroughly helpful, open and extremely friendly and courteous. A good service and the satisfaction of the guest has the highest priority, which they achieve with their natural and upbeat manner. The food in the in-house restaurant of Riad Si Said convinces with creative and refined menus from the local cuisine and relies on fresh and regional products. Here too: a tasty pleasure all along the line. Many thanks again to the entire team, I felt very welcome and comfortable and look forward to my next visit.
