Very sweet staff but absurd amounts of noise

So much noise from cars and motorcycles in the street, all hours around the clock. The hotel interior was also very noisy. The beds were way too hard to lay on. The condition of the hotel was fine, the rooftop terrace was amazing, the breakfast was good, the staff was so sweet, kind and serviceminded. Due to the amount of noise from the streets, we will never come back. Also we experienced 3 times, that there were no hot water in the shower.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palladio. Beautiful seafront location convenient to everything. The stand out thing about staying there was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, especially Fliorelle on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and organised taxis and gave us great directions and recommendations.
